STG-3 rotor repairing and its component
Rotor Repair of 12.5 MW STG-3 Turbine( model EK1400-2 , T-581 ) Refurbishment Scope of Turbine Rotor ( 12MW STG-3 , EK1400-2 , T-212 ): 1. Receipt, un-loading and un-packing of Rotor 2. Cleaning 3. Inspection and Indications 4. Manufacture and Replacement of all blades of row 1, 2 & 3 i.e. 3 HP rows 5. Manufacture and Replacement of Sealing fins and machining to drawing 6. Checking and cleaning of Overspeed Governor assembly 7. Skim cut on front and rear oil gland areas and vibration probe areas 8. Polishing of thrust collar and front & rear journal areas 9. New coupling hub fixing on rotor. 10. Manufacture and replacement of balancing weights, as applicable 11. Preparation of balancing tunnel equipment 12. High-speed Balancing and Overspeed Test of rotor 13. Preservation & packing in Nitrogen-purged Vertical Storage Container 14. Loading on truck safely so that any type of damage can be avoided. 15. Forwarding
Vendor has to supply flexible coupling hub of turbine which is to be was same as earlier suppled with rotor vide PO NO.26002200 DT.24.06.2019.It is to be fixed on rotor which is with M/s BHEL for refurbishment.
Vendor has to supply Nitrogen-purged Vertical Storage Container.
