REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED TERRAZZO FLOORING, JOINERIES, TILING, CUPBOARDS, KITCHEN CABINET AND MISC REPAIR WORK IN MARRIED ACCN OF AGE BR -I UNDER GE NAMS

M&L for Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick, in (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition , coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement motar 1:6 complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Vitriefied tiles 10mm thick square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as dados/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and in coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition, coloured on incl plaster (backing coat) 1:4 Cement motar 10mm thick layer in Cement motar complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick verticale tiles with highlighter any colour on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition and colour of tiles, incl dismantling / demolition over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 sq.m in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match i incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc over ,screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling cource complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level & dispose off debris upto a distance n. exc. 100 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repairs, 20 mm thick, PVC sheet one side prelaminated of approved texture ("Celuca Ply of Rajshree make or equivalent in as approved by GE) as in Kitchen cabinet complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Each member i.e. shelf, partition & shutter of kitchen cabinet shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F stainless steel kitchen basket in various type of basket , plaint basket height , 4" Thali basket 8" height Cup saucer 4" heigt and perforated cutlury basket 4" height all as specified and directed.
