Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for fine dry river sand cushioning by laying 8cm thick layer below the cable for making soft bed and 15cm above the cable and then punning down to its consolidated thickness of 18cm after the cable is laid all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes

Supply and laying burnt bricks of sub-class 'B' designation 75 laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as foundation filling, mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as incoping to poles, stay assembly, etc. with or without champered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, etc. including all necessary formwork surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down LT UG cable of any size from trenches/poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Takin down old unserviceable steel / RCC electric poles at any locations including shutting of power lines, etc. and carting and disposing complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down of HT/LT UG cable and bricks from trenches/poles and removed from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavation,earthwork, brick protection,sand cushion & GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective of this schedule. (ii) The cost of taking out old bricks of cable protection shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Dismantling old UNSV air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted incl insulator and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling drop out expulsion fuse single pole, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting /taking down old UNSV service wire twin core aluminium conductor of any sizes with their suspension wire from pole as well as building, complete al as specified and as directed

Taking up or down steel water tubing of size 80mm/50mm/40mm and connections from any location / position, including sorting and stacking serviceable tubings and disposing off unserviceable, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing / laying steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length, including supply and fixing all fittings including all necessary welding, etc. as required at site complete all as specified and as directed for the following bores:

S&F in repairs LT feeder pillar box/panel door shutters made in shapes & sizes as required at site, dust and vermin proof, IP65 protection class, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron frame work, with hinges and suitable locking arrangements duly spray painted with one coat of Duco paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, erect in position and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with CI base plate (300x300mm and 6mm thick), finial taper plug, pole caps, bolts, nuts and screws type 410 SP-31, 9m long, conforming to IS: 2713, with detachable bracket arms including two coats of aluminium paint over shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed Note: Excavation / earthwork and PCC coping etc. will be measured and paid separately under respective items herein

Notes for serial item Nos. 39 to 40: (a) The Contractor shall submit drawings from the approved OEM for approval of the GE through the Engineer-in-charge (b) The panels shall include 2Nos. danger notice plates made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 250x200mm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour duly fixed with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. with voltage and danger indicated both in Hindi and English (c) Excavation, earthwork in any type of soil, construction of PCC foundation for panel shall be deemed included in quoted rate.
