M&L for yearly Inspection of cranes by checking & testing all parts /seafty device including Load testing and provide inspection report /certificate from authorised rep complete all as specified for the Electrically operated Overhead Traverse crane with the testing load as recommended by OEM for the rated tonnage of crane for the specific period with and including arrangement for safe test load for 3 to 5 ton cranes for 05 nos of cranes. Note :- Load testing is inclusive of shiffting /Transporting the load place to place, unloading will be arranged by the contractor including required ropes,manpower etc for handilling the load.

Opening the outer cover of the induction motor, cleaning the internals including the old lubricants; refixing the electric motor after replacing the dameged parts lubricating and connecting up after replcement of necessary spares.
