SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS (ACROSS BLDG NO P-20)

Repair to potholes, not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth, making good by filling in screeding & grade road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including suppply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of potholes ex 30mm including rolling of surface with power roller of 8 to 12 tons roller completion all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum in road side berms, spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber (Spread thickness 100 mm) including rolling of surface with power roller of 2 to 5 tons capacity including surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 30mm consolidated thicknes with 0.405cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to using paving bitumen 80/100, penetration, spread using mechanical paver and rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity including applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cubic metre of sand mixed with 6.8Kg of bitumen, applied and rolling with using power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity & compacted to required gradient and camber using paver finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding exc 50mm but not exc 100mm deep, area exceeding 400 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix macadam, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm) using power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity & compacted to required gradient and camber using paver finish including applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminius primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.
