Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Bird spikes to be removed carefully and refix after carry out of plaster work , Rates quoted are deemed to be included for the same) complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. (work carried out upto 5th floor of bldg.) (Bird spikes to be removed carefully and refix after carry out of plaster work) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition whenever required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/ Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibitor the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), So it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material & labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (part A & B) in the required quantities as per manufacture`s instruction by weigh batching, Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@100ml per nozzle Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam, RCC wall and columns) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Krishna Conchem, Dr Fixit, Fosroc as approved

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and complete all as specified and directed.:-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Note : Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (Note :This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height.
