M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 43 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 14 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Beams and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed . Note with necessary scaffolding required for completion of work upto fourth storey height including all safety factor.

S&F additional reinforcement for strengthening the existing RCC structure, TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed. Note with necessary scaffolding required for completion of work upto fourth storey height including all safety factor.

S&F TMT bars 5 mm dia up to and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including U"shape stirrups with necessary welding required at site complete all as specified & directed. Note with necessary scaffolding required for completion of work upto fourth storey height including all safety factor.

M&L for preparation of exposed surface of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush cleaning the rusted surface free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator applied with brush to the rusted reinforcement, application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paaper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry at all heights level complete including dismantling/ chipping off spalled/loose concrete cover of RCC surface of chajjas, parapets, railings, beams, columns and the like with out disturbing the core of RCC member with necessary scaffolding/form work required for completion of work upto fourth storey height including all safety factor.. Note :- Surface area of steel reinforcement bars shall only be measured for the purpose of payment only.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of steel reinforcement by cleaning thoroughly and providing, mixing and applying zinc-anti-rust agent as zink rich epoxy anticorrosive coating for corrosion protection system in two coats @ 0.20 kg/sqm/coat. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1 N/ sq mm according to ASTM C 882-78. and as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement at all height levels. Note :- Surface Area of steel reinforcement bar shall only be measured for the purpose of payment. Note with necessary scaffolding required for completion of work upto fourth storey height including all safety factor.

M&L for outdoor tile parking tiles size 400 x 400 mm conforming to IS 15622:2017 including 20mm screed bed in CM 1:6 as in flooring over 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded aggregates) all as directed including dismantling.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (I) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : Master Emaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade, formwork & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided incl removing the demolished material outside the MOD land for complete all as specified and directed.
