Construction of new fountain in central park and granite work in staircase area of A Block and H Block CLOQ RBI Kanpur

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (all kind of soil strata upto all depth) , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil outside Bank's premises and as directed by Bank's Engineer.

Carefully dismantling of existing wall plaster of upto 30 mm thickness & cement chequred tiles flooring including loose mortar of upto 30 mm thickness in staircase area. Surface should be properly clenaned including removal of all loose material & properly levelled to fix tiles/granite etc. including disposing off debris out of Bank's premises at approved dumping ground of local administration, including all lead and lift etc. all complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched cement concrete for plain cement concrete work with proportion 1:1.5:3(1 cement :1.5 sand:3 aggregate); using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including laying, curing, carriage for all leads; the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing all complete as per direction of the Bank's Engineer.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work with proportion 1:1:2(1 cement :1 sand:2 aggregate); using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including laying, curing, carriage for all leads including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing; but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; at all levels in footing, column etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding with GI wires in 2 plies all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars of Grade-Fe500D or more

Brick masonry work using best quality locally available well burnt bricks, at any height and in required thickness using cement mortar 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete all as directed by Bank's Engineer.

Providing and applying polymer based two compound water proofing treatment to the pond by using products of M/s. Pidilite, M/s. Fosroc, M/s. Sika, M/s. BASF, M/s. MC-Bouchemie or any other approved equivalent in the following steps:- a) Thoroughly cleaning of all surfaces to be treated. b) Grouting and injecting polymer cement slurry as per manufacturer’s specifications into the R.C.C./PCC members till its refusal. c) Repairing the damaged portions of the R.C.C. members with polymer concrete / mortar as per manufacturer’s specifications. d) Providing and applying 20 mm. thick water proofing cement plaster 1:4 (I cement: 4 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s specifications to the sunken floor and sides including rounding off junctions / corners with water proofing cement mortar, etc. all complete. e) Providing and applying a coat of polymer water proofing primer and two coats of two compound based water proofing polymer/ chemical of M/s. Pidilite, M/s. Fosroc, M/s. Sika, M/s. BASF, M/s. MC-Bouchemie or any other equivalent approved make as per manufacturer’s specifications to the surface; testing the treated surface by ponding method for 72 hours. f) Repeat the treatment till no seepage is observed on the treated surface. g) Providing and laying 15 mm. thick protective layer of plain cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over the treated surface. Note:- Single measurement of the sunken floor and its sides shall only be considered for payment for all sub items of work.

Providing and applying 12-15 mm thick waterproofing plaster in two layers on newly constructed walls in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) (Plain/sand faced/ neat finished/ finished with cement slurry applied by brush) matching with the existing surroundings and at all heights and levels. Rates to include the cost of providing & mixing waterproofing compound of approved make and in required proportion as per manufacturer's specifications, dismantling the existing cracked/peeled plastering, curing, scaffolding, disposal of debris out of Bank's premises, etc.,all complete as directed by Bank's Engineer.

Providing and laying thick approved vitrified swimming pool tiles(anti-algae, anti-fungal) having size 247x122 mm or any other approved size of approved make such as Jhonson endura or other approved equivalent size and finish in dado work (brick work) & floor laid as per tile manufacturer specifications or on average 12 mm. thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) bedding set in cement slurry including jointing with polymer cement grout of matching shade or white cement slurry mixed with polymer and matching pigment, cleaning, curing, making good the damages with cement mortar, cleaning, etc. as directed by Bank’s Engineer. Note:- 1. Basic rate of 247x122 mm. or any other approved size vitirfied swimming pool tiles is Rs. 1100/- per Sqm. excluding GST. 2. Exposed area shall only be measured and paid for. 3. The rate should also include any pool fittings such as at internal coves, internal wall-floor junction.
