SPECIAL REPAIR TO OLD CI GI PPR PIPE LINE AND CONTROL VALVES AT LIKABALI MIL STN.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/GI/DI/PPR pipe and getting out in Hard/dense of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up /down 20 mm dia galvanised steel tubing including connection of size and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 25 mm dia galvanised steel tubing including connection of size and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 40 mm dia galvanised steel tubing including connection of size and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 50 mm dia galvanised steel tubing including connection of size and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 80 mm dia galvanised steel tubing including connection of size and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 100 mm dia galvanised GI/CI including connection and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up /down 150 mm dia galvanised GI/CI including connection and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm galvanised steel (Gl) tubing medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and laying in trenches, etc., also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connectors shall be inserted, where required or directed. The rates also include cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good complete all as directed.

Supply & replace in trenches 150mm dia Ductile Iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spid, class K-7 confirming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for (Push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked complete. The rates also include taking down old unserviciable existing CI/GI/DI/MS pipe , cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good complete all as directed.

Supply & replace in trenches 100mm dia Ductile Iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spid, class K-7 confirming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for (Push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked complete.The rates also include taking down old unserviciable existing CI/GI/DI/MS pipe , cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good complete all as directed.

Supply & fixed Ductile iron fittings of Class K-12 special suitable for push on jointing as per IS 9523/2000 with inside cement mortar lining and out side zinc coating followed by bitumen coating including taking down complete for 80-150mm dia.

Supply and replace CI sluice valve of size 80 mm dia class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel Spindle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace CI sluice valve size 100 mm dia class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace CI sluice valve size 150 mm dia class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable valve pit and reconstruction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120cm x 120 cm x 120cm (internal dimension) with one brick thick brick work with cement mortar 1:6 over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete incl PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in bedding 50mm thick and 50mm thick coping, 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:4) internally & externally upto 15 cm below ground level, providing valve pit cover with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-I (using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) of size 230 x200 x100mm. incl provn of hing welded with angle iron frame and Mild Steel cover 3 mm thick, Mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with MildSteel cover & suitable locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer incl necessary excavation work in soft/ loss soil complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable valve pit and reconstruction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimension) with one brick thick brick work with cement mortar 1:6 over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete incl PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in bedding 50mm thick and 50mm thick coping, 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:4) internally & externally upto 15 cm below ground level, providing valve pit cover 50x50x6mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-I (using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) of size 230 x200 x100mm, incl provn of hing welded with angle iron frame and Mild Steel cover 3 mm thick, Mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with Mild Steel cover & suitable locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer incl necessary excavation work in soft/ loss soil complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Boring under road/ Taxi Track/PCC/Drain for laying of GI/DI pipe sizes ranging from 25 mm to 150 mm dia without disturbing top surface and making good the disturb surfaces complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
