(Qty - 01 No.)

All as per item No 1.00 above but Lifts No. 8 of existing Make "Monarch" for 26 Persons (strecher cum passanger) 1768 kgs (Machine No- 4005830529032021) at speed of 0.55 M/Sec electric driven motor 15 HP serving 4 landings i.e. ground plus three, at AICTS Pune complete all as specified and as directed. (Qty - 01 No.)

Note for Ser. No 1.00 to 8.00 above: (i) Servicing /maintenance shall be carried out by OEM/ their accredited/ authorized agencies only and necessary MOU/certificate shall be submitted by the contractor prior to commencement of work. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included the all spares required for smooth functioning of the lift (iii) The contractor shall deploy a team of qualified and well experienced Technician on daily basis and carry out regular checks and preventive maintenance of the lifts. The team shall also attend to all emergency call services and shall ensure safe recovery of any passenger traped inside the lift. The elevators shall be made available 24X7 and In no case the lifts shall be kept non operational for more than 08 hours since defects reported. In case the contractor failed to keep the elevators operational beyond the specified time limit a penal recovery of Rs 500 /- per Hrs shall be levied. (iv) The contractor shall ensure all safety guidelines are duly adhered to and shall not be compromised in any circumstances. The contractor shall be responsible for any mishappenings due to compromising of safety guidelines. (v) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included, Testing of lift by State Electrical/ lift inspector (Maharastra State) once during occurrance of the contract and test report to be submitted as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in replacement microprocessor based full collective controller for passing on signal to car operating station & landing operating station along with car annunciator & running music suitable for lift complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement ARD (Automatic rescue device) control system including PC cards/diods, including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement batteries of ARD of existing make (18 AH-12 V DC) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement retiring cam for collapsible door opening of the lift as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED fixtures of 9W recess mounting downlighter, tiltable made of PDC Al with high efficient COB LED & clear diffuser, IP20, to celling including control wiring for auto On/off complete with all accessories including wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement lift door operating motor of suitable capacity as existing at site for rated voltage :AC 100 / 125 V, Rated rotating speed: 180 r/min, rated power :43/94 W suitable for 16/26 passanger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement over speed governor of size 300mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement rope plain alloy elevator prestreched wire steel round shaped strands & fibre core of size 13 mm complete with all accessories for installation complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement trailing cable 0.75 Sqmm 16 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of new Collapsible steel gates of existing size, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, etc. erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets and rendering of disturbed surface in cement motor 1:6 complete including taking down old unserviceable collapsible gate complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of existing unserviceable motor of 10 HP capacity from lift and split opening into the parts at work shop and repair the motor by rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge / size as per existing by replacing paper insulation of class F and fire proof sleeves and varnishing by cleaning of stator slots, assembling complete motor, oiling, greasing, reinstalling and testing complete at site on full load including transportation to workshop and return back of site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No 20.00 above but capacity 15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement RCCB having three phase 63 Amps-100 MA capacity in the machine room prior to control panel for main power supply complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of lift by State Electrical/ lift inspector (Maharastra State) once during occurrance of the contract and test report to be submiited as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included all the charges to be paid to the State Electrical Inspector Office for carrying out the Inspection of the lifts and any obsns taken by the State Electrical Inspector during Inspection shall be rectifyed by the contractor in due time and get clearance from the State Electrical inspector. (ii) The Inspection cerificate shall be displayed inside the elevator car at an convenient height duly photoframed and one copy shall be submitted to the department.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of collapsible steel gate of landing and lift any size by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth, wire brushes, sand paper to remove dust deposits and repainting by applying two coats of spray paint with synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of primer of approved colour without disturbing/damaging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Toe guard by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth, wire brushes, sand paper to remove dust deposits and repainting by applying two coats of spray paint with synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of primer of approved colour without disturbing/damaging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of motor by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth, wire brushes, sand paper to remove dust deposits and repainting by applying two coats of spray paint over and inlcuding one coat of primer with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour without disturbing/damaging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for main earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to wall or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of galvanised strip 25x4 mm fixing with T- type porcelin/epoxy insulator complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- T & P and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in unit quated rate of this item.
