Demolition of cement concrete any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm size graded aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof surface averaging 40mm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions as in roof and chajjas, finished the surface fair and even with out using extra cement. Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Matrial & labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standerd membrane over PCC padding of roof with the following cornises of treatment :- (a) Applying of bituminous primer @0.30 kg/Sqm as per IS-3384 including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed (b) Applying of 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane,polyster reinforced (3.50/Sqm) with 10cm overlaps and tourch bounded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm size graded brick aggregate as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bounding over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) 40mm bore of pressure rating 6kg/cm2 fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified light shade polished ceramic tiles,area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified light shade polished ceramic tiles,area of each tile n.exceeding , in skirtings/ dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick cement plaster backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X300X6mm wall tiles set and jointed in neat cement and in white/coloured cement to match with the colour of tile over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 as in skirting / dados etc,complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix ceiling fan including down rod and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiliing rose, clamps, supports fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts washersm welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including taking down the old unserviceable fan and deposit to MES store yard etc complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC body Exhaust Fan AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louvre complete including making of hole in wall including taking down the old underviceable fan and deposit to MES store yard all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep from any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine replacement of split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of wornout/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler , one coat after cleaning all dust etc & testing complete all as specified. Note :- 1. Flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to ceiling fan deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor 2.
