Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade), 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick, cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) for as in sub base to received top layer of floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over & including 10mm thick rendering/backing coat plaster in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber scantling as in fillet, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sqcm in section in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old serviceable door or windows exc 1.5 sqm to 4 sqm in other location than retrived from with shutter or glass with fitting incl minor repair, complete all as specified and directed.
