Supply of Complete set of 11 KV Gr, 1250 Amp,Off load Isolator (GOAB Switch) for mounting on Poles (1 set= 3 limbs including fix, moving blades, contacts, Horizental & verticals GI pipes for operation etc for each phase)

Supply of HDPE Tarpaulin for covering of field switchs,isolators & starters etc during monsoon

Part-B:

Excavation .of pole pit size 0.8 x 0.8 x 1.8 mtr in soft/hard rock /soil.(1.152 x 20 nos)

Erection of 13 to 16 Mtr Long Tubuler Pole

Grouting of pole with mine boulder and 1/2 bag cement

Installation of Lightning Spike/Air Terminal System on Pole /Structures with supported insulated braket/clamp (suitable for isolating with pole/structures) incduding welding,cutting with all other accessories (if required)

Installation of Lightning/surge Arrester (6.0/7.2 KV Gr)on Poles with supported insulated braket/clamp ( suitable for isolating with poles including welding, cutting with all other accessories (if required) (at the end of OHL )

Painting of Tubular Poles 13 to 16 Mtr Long with RED colour double coat (Paint and all other tools/accessories to be provided by Contractor)

Numbering of Poles with white colour after painting (Paint and all other accessories to be provided by Contractor)

Supply and fitting of HT post Insulators on poles/structures for 25 mm x 5 mm strip laying without touching pole and structures (including welding,cutting with all other accessories required at site for fitting)

Installation,Testing & commissioning of 11 KV Gr,1250 Amp Isolator (GOAB Switch) on Poles in mine

(5.9) Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earth pit as per IS 3043 including supply of materials with Connection

Erection of Stay set with stay Insulator including tensioning as per requirement

Fabrication of MS Channel,angle,flat in shape of bracket/clamps and supports as per required for Cradle Guarding

Erection of fabricated bracket ,& M S channel/Angle on DP/TP/FP as per required for Guarding

Erection/Laying & stringing of AAA conductors for tightning of Span of OHL

Dismantling and collection of Old Earth wires

Laying & stringing/tightning of Earth wire

Providing guarding on the line including fixing of brackets

Installation ,Testing & commissioning of lightning arrester 30/36 kV grade including connection with earthpit

Supply & Erection of Danger Board with Back clamps

Dismantling /collection (as required) of AAA conductors for tightning of Span of OHL

Supply & Erection of barbed wire on pole 1 mtr long

Tree Trimming and Grass/bush cutting near and surrounding OHLs

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
