SEWAGE AND DRAIN CLEANING AND REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES AND ALLIED SERVICES TO MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (E) JALANDHAR CANTT

M&L for Cleaning/Removal of blockage of floor traps/Nahani Traps of 75mm/100mm bore in kitchen/ Bathrooms/Toilets etc up to 1st Manhole including of taking down PVC/Stainless trap grating and refixing the same with white cement with pigment to match the surface as before or any other associated/related complaints not mentioned under this item and will be done as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time.

M&L for Cleaning/Removal of blockage of Gully traps up to 1st Manhole of any size and any depth including Removing RCC Manhole covers and refixing the same as before any other associated/related complaints not mentioned under this item and will be done as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time.

M&L for Cleaning/Removal of blockage of Orissa/Europian Pattern WC 'P'/S trap and making fuctional up to 1st Manhole and including removing EWC and cleaning the traps completely and making functional and refitting the EWC in same position including making good the disturbed surfaces with white cement and pigment to match the existing surface or any any other associated/related complaints not mentioned under this item and will be done as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time.

M&L for Cleaning /Removal of blockage up to 200mm bore SGSW/RCC pipes mechanically with combined high pressure water jetting cum super suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting, high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical round shape nozzles pipe and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line including removing RCC Man hole cover and refixing the same as before complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time. (f) Length of pipe will be measured from manhole to manhole in RM for payment purpose after satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge.

Ditto all as per Item no. 4 above, but 300mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Item no. 4 above, but 450 to 600 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning /Removal of blockage from 150 mm up to 600mm bore SGSW/RCC pipes mechanically with combined high pressure water Jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting, flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line including removing RCC Man hole cover and refixing the same as before complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time. (f) Length of pipe will be measured from manhole to manhole in RM for payment purpose after satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for Cleaning/clearing of sewer line from 150mm up to 600 mm bore under ground by removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from sewage line using roding/Flexible pipe by any means and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line. The entire sludge water shall be disposed off out of Defence land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (b) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (c) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done. (e) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time.

Cleaning of manholes mechanically by using suction (vaccume) machine including getting out sludge/ waste from manholes and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/ waste to low lying area clearing the inlet and outlet pipe mouth, etc (depth of MH n.exc 1.5m) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Contractor will arrange sewer jetting machine & suction machine/Super Suction Machine having high pressure power to clear sludge from sewage line from 200 to 450 mm dia without any extra cost. (b) No manual work will be allow to clear the septic tank/soakage well and manholes. (c) Measurement will be done from manhole to manhole. (d) Measurement can be repeated if blockage is occured more than one time. (e) Contractor/Supervisor shall be taken all complaints from complaint cell within 24 hours. (f) Complaint will be done within 48 hours from the complaint date. (g) If any complaint not done within 48 hours, then Rs. 500/day recovery will be charged against every complaint until complaint done.

Ditto all as per Item no 9 above, but depth of MH exc 1.5m and not exc. 3.00 m, complete all as specified and as directed.
