Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil or hard/ dense soil.

M&L for sand filling under fioors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 using (20mm graded granite stone stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete, walls complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

M&L for Moorum/ red bajri filing in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with Grade 'B' sealing compound in 150 mm thickness of concrete slab.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deepx 10mm wide, filled with Grade 'B' sealing compound.

S&F rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- B.

S&F rolled mild steel as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, as per manufacturer instructions as specified.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters of 150mm dia, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete.
