Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

RCC 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cmbrick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with one course of with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof Vitrified tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best qualityincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.
