M & L for scrapping of old painted surfaces of electric pole covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 11 metres including cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining & repainting marking on pole & replacement of reflective band of width 4 cm RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush painting the existing 2 pole structure by aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fault detection in damaged HT/LT UG cable by using cable fault detector/locator vehicle mounted comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc to accuracy of 2 meter for various location inside CME for UG cables of any size any type upto 22 KV incl excavation & Earthwork in any type of stratra to usually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time and contractor is responsible to rectify the fault within 4 hrs. after notification, failing which Rs. 500/- per hrs. shall be recovered from contractors dues. (ii) Rates included necessary earth work in any type of strata or road for opening the cable and prepare the cable ready to jointing work and making good to match with existing finishes.

M & L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone gauge 40 to 80 mm in HT substation yard complete including removal of any debris etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old paint by hard wire brush, painting the existing HT bus bar panel by aluminium paint including handles minor parts complete and any other structural part complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out old unsv earthing and material and labour for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of Earthing rod , outer pipe in GI and having minimum diameter of 76mm, 3m in length and inner pipe to have minimum diameter of 32mm, both end properly welded to make them airtight. GI terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination area in between two pipes filled with dry type chemical powder having high conductivity and make sure no air pockets are left. Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. The bore drilling will be done with the help of Pneumatic boring machine, 50 Kgs BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition. The Earth pit cover Square 300x300x240 mm to be provided to cover the earth Pit and shall be made of reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 Tons. NOTE :- (a) Rates of boring 3 Mtr for earth electrode, GI strip 20x3 mm & 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr from earth electrode is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) On testing, after, after completion, if the earth resistance <3 ohms is not obtained, earthing will be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (c) Test certificate from the OEM has to be produced by the contractor for the material used in earthing.

M&L for taking out old unsv earthing and material and labour for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of 17.2 mm Pure copper earthing rod, 3m long, Copper terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination. Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. M&L for cutting of tree branches/grass and cleaning of sub station compound and removal of all the wasted materials at far distance from sub station, cleaning of ducts including levelling of undulated land complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L for PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for copping of poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 2.54 mm (1 inch) and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for highly HT insulating opaque red coloured ANTI TRACK COMPOUND SPRAY 320 of MOSIL LUBRICANTS that forms flexible chemical resistant coating to class H winding for electrical apparatus, in 500 ml spray bottles to protect HT equipments, bus bar, CTs, PTs from current leakage due to moisture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spraying chemical (glycel) on area to remove unwanted vegetation/grass at various locations as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are incl in quoted rates.

S & F in repair of unsv HT 11 KV bus bar insulator of HT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting heavy items / excavating / cleaning areas / clearing site by providing crane/hydra/JCB/tractor with trolley as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

S&F in repair glow sign board box type printed on poly carbonated sheet of size 200 x 100 x 25 cm having provision of 3 x LED tube light inside the box and 10 mtrs 3 core 1.5 sqmm circular PVC connecting wire with hanging arrangement as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for servicing of 22 & 11 KV GOD & DO fuse unit of any capacity at different sub stations located at CME & at kasarwadi pump house by means of adjustment, alignment, oiling, greasing, conducting jelly etc including new minor spares such as nuts, bolts, washers, male/female contact, fix contract jaw, tinned copper flexible jumper 200/400 A capacity, MS jumper carrier, back connector plate, fixed top, bottom contact/L contact for DO unit including replacement of broken post insulator of GOD & DO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filtration/dehydration transformer (voltage grade 22/11, 22/0.433 & 11/0.433 KV ) indoor/outdoor type, mounted on 2/4 pole structure/plinth/substation at site/work shop by dehydration/filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40 KV at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor is responsible to arrange filtration plant and rate for the same is included in this item. (ii) DG set required for operation of filtration plant shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same is included in this item. (iii) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

M&L for replacement of HV porcelain bushing with packing and bush rod for outdoor/indoor type transformer in situ/wksp complete with brass stud rubber bush washers, nuts check nuts and cork sheet gasket for the rating upto 500 KVA, 11/0.433KV transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for replacement of Tap changer wheel assy having 7 position of transformer including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable one complete for transformer 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for replacement of breather assembly made with polycarbonate base and clear acrylic glass of size min 50mm dia, min 120mm long for transformers 22/0.433 KV and 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of transformer temperature gauge dial type having temp range 0 to minimum 120 degree Celsius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 2 MVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with existing colour paint from outside complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer. (ii) Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) After completion of painting HT/LT outdoor bushing cable termination joint, oil inspection glass and name plates to be made clean using cleaner. (iv) Contractor will arrange electric supply for spray machine during painting.

M&L for servicing, testing and calibration of buchholz relay installed for transformer upto 2 MVA power transformer step down 22/11 KV for safe operation of transformer at site incl connection of relay complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) This item must be carried out through certified authority and provide certificate/report of calibration. (ii) All type of tools, equipments, labour and machinery are included in this quoted rates. (iii) This item will be completed after satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of HT VCB/SF6, 22/11 KV circuit breaker of any capacity after disconnecting HT supply for servicing, repair, replacement of defective/worn out components and reassembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Change:- (i) Dismantling the HTCB from the enclosure consisting of vacuum interrupter assembly, socket contacts checking the serviceability of the parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and reassembling the units complete. (ii) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with cleaner or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits, inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misalignment of contacts. (iii) Checking the vacuum interrupter assembly and contacts, checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjustment the gap as per manufacturers tolerance and replacement of badly spotted contacts. (iv) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the internal surface carefully for any charging/trackings, replacement of bushings etc. (v) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HTCB, checking the operatings of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrical as well as manually charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective/worn out parts reassembling complete. (vi) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to motor commutator bushes lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (vii) Checking the ratchet wheet assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheet and parts. (viii) Checking the operation mechanism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke. parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufacturers tolerance. (ix) Review the adjustment of all pressure switches and lockout devices. (x) Inspecting all bolts nuts, pins and collar pin are in place and they are open/close properly. Note : 1. Standby electric supply required during calibration of relay shall be arranged by the contractor in quoted rate of item. 2. Rates for necessary testing kit, testing equipments, tools etc are included in the unit quoted rate adn detail test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost.

M&L for removing defective CT and S&F new 11 KV epoxy resin cast HT CT as per existing ratio (30/1, 50/5, 125/5 etc) for protection, metering class 1.0 as per existing size/shape suitable for optimum performance of relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for removing defective PT and S&F new 22000/110V epoxy resin cast HT PT as per existing burden or as per existing size/shape suitable for optimum performance of relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for removing defective PT and S&F new 11000/110V epoxy resin cost HT PT as per existing burden or as per existing size/shape suitable for optimum performance of relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of existing HT circuit breaker/SF6 breaker/RMU unit including cleaning/scrapping of old painted surface, removing all the scrapped paint particals from the panel using the proper vacuum cleaner to the complete satisfaction of engr-in-charge applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by using spray machine to finish the surface glossy of colour or shed approved incl marking of SM/MES number, incoming and outgoing, to and from etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the HT SF6 RMU 22/11 KV (2 incoming and 2 outgoing or 02 incoming and 1 outgoing type) of capacity upto 800 Amps after disconnecting HT supply for servicing, repair, replacement of defective/worn out components and reassembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Change:- (a) Checking the serviceability of the parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and reassembling the units complete. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with cleaner or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits, inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misalignment of contacts. (c) Checking the SF6 bottle/tank for any leakage and repair/replace the same and refilling the SF6 gas as per manufacturers tolerance. (d) Checking the operating mechanism for smooth function and replacement of worn out parts. (e) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism, checking the operatings of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manually charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective/worn out parts reassembling complete. (f) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to motor commutator bushes lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (j) Checking the pressure gauge for SF6 gas and repair/replacement of same for smooth functioning. (k) Inspecting all bolts nuts, pins and coller pin are in place and they are open/close properly. Note :- (i) Parts will be replaced under relevant items. (ii) Make of SF6 breaker - ABB & AREVA (iii) Measurement of resistance value tools labour, petroleum helly are incl in the quoted rate of the item. (iv) Supply following material for 400/630/800 Amps HT 22/11 KV SF6 RMU complete:-

Spring charge motor for 22 KV RMU (02 incoming and 1 outgoing) type of ABB make

Lithium battery for relays any type

Refilling of SF6 Gas

Pressure gauge for SF6 gas as per existing
