PROVN OF 200 KVA TRANSFORMER FOR TCP-5 AREA AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIC NETWORK NEAR 66 KV SUB STATION AT FARIDKOT MIL STN

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volt as per IS-1180 Part-I 2014 including amendment upto date, energy efficient level -II, Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooled, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 200 KVA, oil immersed having vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to (+)(-) 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all accessories and under mentioned fittings complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Drain valve with plug or cover plate (v) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (vi) Cooling Radiator (vii) Thermometer pocket (viii) Conservator (ix) Oil filling hole with cover (x) Thermometer 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting. (xi) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica gel (xii) 03 Nos. Porcelain HV bushing with arcing horn on HV side with bushing rod (xiii) One cable end box on LV side with 4 Nos. porcelain bushing with rod (xiv) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of effecient functioning of the transformer. Notes : (i) The drawing of transformer shall be approved by accepting officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises and reports will be deposited with purchase voucher. (iii) Contractor will arrange necessary equipments and material to facilitate testing of transformer by SEI/EI/AEI.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 grade, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) in trenches ducts, pipe on walls, poles of following sizes completed all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but size 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

All as per item No 02 above but size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 02 above but size 25 Sqmm 4 core

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 11000 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) in trenches ducts, pipe on walls, poles of 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Heavy gang operated triple pole with fuse unit mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators per phase non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KV 200 Amps all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 errecting truly in vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing and testing of heat shrinkable type end termination cable jointing kit, outdoor type, suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof LT feedar pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated outdoor type totally enclosed made out of 3 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of MS angle 40 X 40 X 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting suitable and sufficient nos circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated (15 micron) grey hammer tone with one coat of including connecting with LT armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs and angle iron stand with PCC work complete all as specified and directed and consisiting of following :- (a) Aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp current rating capacity, length as actually required at site for 3 phase and neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator. (b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 36 KA, 415 V - 01 No. for incoming. (c) MCCB 125 Amps 25 KA, 415 V - 01 No for outgoing. (d) MCCB 63 Amps 16 KA, 415 V - 03 Nos for outgoing. (e ) SPN 40 Amp 10 KA 230V - 02 Nos for outgoing. S&F factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TPN 4 way (MCB DB) double door (IP-43 protection) CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for TP as incommer and outgoing MCBs as required at site complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) MCB TP and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 63 Amp 16 KA 415 volts, fixed thermal and magnetic release setting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 240 volts, 16 Amps to 32 Amp breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end 20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and GI Pipe 20 mm light grade for water filling including 15x20 mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 5 of 1991 (Part-I) including taking out old existing earthing complete all as directed.

M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size for two pole structure as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying under ground cable and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWCP) of size outer dia 77 mm & inner dia 63 mm for LT cable, Non-metallic, resistance to compression : type 450, resistance to impact; normal, resistance to bending: pliable, resistance to external influence; ingress protection: IP 67, resistance against corrosion: without protection, resistance to flame propagation: non flame propagating, conforming to IS-16205 (part-24) 2017 including necessary jointing material i.e snap fit coupler with rubber ring, sealing plug, tees, bend, angel bend etc for passing electrical cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge

All as per item No 21 but DWC Pipe of size of outer dia 120 mm and inner dia 95 mm for LT cable.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing suitable for passing GI tubing up to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation of poles/struts/stays/copping etc filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation of poles/struts/stays/copping etc filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assembly complete comprising stay cable, stay bow 40 cm long, 14mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No - 1 of SSR 2009 Part - 1 (on page 495), with and incl 20 mm dia, 1.8 mtr long galvanised stay rod with threaded ends, GI nuts, bolts , washers, thimbles with and incl 300mmx300mmx6mm stay plate, stay strand wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
