TENDERS FOR THE WORK OF DESIGN PROCUREMENT and SUPPLY CONSTRUCTION and ERECTION TESTING and COMMISSIONING OF DOUBLE TENTACLE SOLAR POWER FENCE INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION and MAINTENANCE FOR 3 (THREE) YEARS ALONG THE FOREST BOUNDARY FROM Sebinkobe to Elachimarada Padagu 1.50 Kms in Kollegal WL Range

ITT 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 b. Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as all classes of civil engineering construction and erection of Tentacle solar power fence work of value not less than Rs. 5.380 lakhs usually not less than 50 work estimate i) Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of 50 percent of the cost of the work, for all works costing up to and Rs.100 lakh. ii) Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of 80 percent of the cost of the work, for all works costing more than Rs.100 lakh

ITT 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 c. Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work Erection of Tentacle Solar Power Fence 0.75 Kms Executed in any one year for a continuous period of 12 months, the minimum quantities of work usually 50 percent of annual requirement) for works costing up to Rs.100 lakh

1.1 of Section 3 - Registration Certificate- Tenderer should be registered with: Registered in Karnataka Forest Department for the year 2025-26

Tenderer shall provide the test reports for 24V energizer, Solar Module, Module Stand, System Mounting Stand, 100AH Solar Gel Solartron Battery, Lighting Diverter, Earthing System, Warning Signs, 15KV double insulated Lead Out Cable, Tool Kit, Raised Post 14 Feet, Elephant Post Guard 8 Feet, Stainless Steel Wire 1.5 mm, S.S. Rope 1.5 MM, High Tensile Wire 2.59 mm, Bullets etc., obtained from competent authority according to the existing IS standards.

Tenderer shall provide the installation certificate of Fence Voltage Monitoring System FVMS in any of the Forest Divisions.

ITT 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 21.522 Lakh (usually double the work estimate cost more than 100 lakhs) (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing upto Rs.100 lakh).
