Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 Mtr High Mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in Two sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (SS) with raising lowering system comprising, luminaries carriage suitable to install required nos of LED Light fixtures with its accissories in Asymmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, trailing cable, connector, junction box, lightening finial etc. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Work includes the supply and fixing of required MCB in base compartment and following accessories etc. as required as per the enclosed specifications complete as required;. a) Providing & fixing of Counter weight for LED light fixtures (as per requirement) b) Providing & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template (as per OEM standard). c) Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2.0 metre depth with all materials and labour as per approved design etc complete as per Technical specification of Tender Document. This item also covers the charges towards vetting of the foundation design (as submitted by OEM) from any Govt.Engg.Institute/lab.. d) Providing and fixing of LED type aviation obstruction light-02 nos

Supply of Flood light LED fitting with minimum output of 38500 lumens and wattage not more than 350 W, for 230V Single Phase AC supply, 50Hz, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT - 5700K, Life of fitting not less than 50000 hrs complete as required. Luminaire should have high pressure die cast Alminium/standard alloy housing with surge protection system > 4KV. Luminaire should have proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP65. The fixtures shall be suitable for lantern carrier of high mast vetted by OEM of Hi Masts and as per specifications etc. as required. It shall meet as per technical specifications enclosed with tender complete in all respect as required as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer‐Incharge.

Installation. Testing & Commsisioning of flood light fixtures (as per Item No.2 above) on the lantern carrier of high mast including connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS:7098 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing suface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Making brick wall (Minumum 10" width) Manhole for cable on a base of 4 inch of PCC of 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 aggregate stone of 20mm) including excavation of soil of all types with neat cement finish for base and plastering of inside wall and making necessary provision for entry of RCC/Metal/Plastic pipe etc. complete as required of following sizes (Inside Dimension) 900mm(length) x900mm (Width) x 1200mmDepth

Supply, Design, fabrication and installation of iron cover with heavy duty hinges for outdoor application and suitable lifting collapsible handle at AAI site made of MS chequered Plate and frame made of angle/channel/flat of various sizes and shape and other accessories suitable for covering Manholes, cable duct with necessary iron anchoring and grouting on existing wall/concrete or welding with existing iron structure etc complete as required as directed by Engineer incharge. The cover shall be openable upto 180 degree and all iron parts shall be painted with red oxide and final layer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of required colour as directed by Enginner incharge to give even and smooth finish.

Supply, Design & fabrication of iron structure at AAI site consisting of MS C Channel/ I section/ angle & MS flat iron of various sizes suitable for fencing of Outdoor Electrical panel/ manhole with necessary anchoring for grouting etc complete as required as directed by Engineer incharge. All iron parts shall be painted with red oxide and final layer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of required colour as directed by Enginner incharge to give even and smooth finish.

Fixing of Iron structure made of various sizes and shape in the ground of hard pavement with 1:1.5:3 PCC (1 Cement: 1.5 Sand: 3 Aggregate stone 20mm) including excavation of hard pavement upto depth of 450mm etc complete as required.

Making good the damages of Paved/Bituminous surface with 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 aggregate stone of 20mm) Concrete and Finishing the top surface with cement plaster etc. complete as required.

Making good the damages of Paved/Bituminous surface with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate stone of 20mm )Concrete and Finishing the top surface with cement plaster etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying of 150mm Dia NP-4 pipe including excavation of trench upto 1mtr for road/drain crossings with accessories etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of true online UPS of 1 KVA capacity, Input Voltage range 150-280 VAC, Output voltage range 220 VAC constant, High efficiency >90%, Short circuit over load, Over charge protection with internal batteries 9AH x 3 capable of min. 5 minute back up at nominal load 800 W as per relevent BIS specification with upto date amendments complete with all electrical parameters as required.
