Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.
Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all dimensions as per IS 13620: 1983 including testing of coating at plant. The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strenghthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit With Rain Water Harvesting Structure of inner size 600 X 600 x 600 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under walls 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth, with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 10.60 kg including fixing FRP Grating Cover with frame of size 700 x 700mm (clear opening 600 x 600mm) - 10 MT - completing the finishing work etc., cost per each number. Using Hand Bore Set drilling of bore hole of 300mm dia upto 4.35m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another place within 5 km and filling in with 40mm HBG metal with 200mm dia pvc pipe 4kg/cm2
