MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECT SERVICES ALLIED WORK IN THE AOR OF GE P NO 1 JABALPUR

Taking down carefully any type of old unserviceable point wiring copper or aluminium conductor (light, fan, socket, bell or power) point complete with fittings such as switches ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, fan regulators, call bell, light fittings with PVC conduit surface / concealed or wooden battens including sunken cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roof, floors etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Painting work measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for Sub main wiring single core PVC Insulated cable two run of size 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 19/20 mm dia with all conduit accessories and one run of 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLSH cable as continuous earth wire including making good disturbed surface to match existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Two run of 1.5 Sqmm,one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit run.

Note : - Two run of 4 Sqmm , one run of 4.0 Sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit run.

Note : - Two run of 6 Sqmm , one run of 6 Sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit run.

Note : - Three run of 10 Sqmm , two run of 10 Sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit run.

Material & Labour for point wiring with three layer PVC Insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into the concealed PVC conduits medium grade not less than 20mm( ISI marked) including all fitting and fixing accessories including 1.25 mm thick sunken pressed steel terminal boxes/Modular metal flush box duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside including Modular sheet cover with frame plate of required module size for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators fixed with CP screws with cup wahsers and PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement sand mortar 1:3 to match with the existing surfaces for One light Point/fan point controlled by one switch. complete all as specified and directed.
