Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 50mtrs (All kinds of soil) complete.

Providing and laying stone soling duly handpacked including ramming with all costs and carriages of material complete in all respects.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all costs and carriages complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, as per DOEIC, all complete.

P/ F of 2mm thick MS Sheets to steel vertical/ horizontal posts including cutting, welding, fixing in position and applying of priming coat of approved brand and manufacture 2 or more coats complete.

Providing and fixing of heavy duty ground socket for drop bolt complete.
