Errection of above Following material and Supply and errection of the below material for completing the works as per RESPO.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable Indoor jointing kits suitable for 3x120sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Supply of 140mm OD PN-4-PE-80 Grade UV Stabilized HDPE Pipe in 6Meter Long Pieces. (PVVNL GTP APPROVED)

Drilling of dia 220 mm in two parallel bores for Double Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as requirement at site) below the ground level with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method for 11KV, 3x120sq.mm XLPE cable as per site requirement. (PVVNL GTP APPROVED HDPE PIPE SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH INSPECTION.)

Laying and commissiong of 11KV 3x120sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. in HDPE Pipe dia after digging HDD trenchless method boring including complete connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work. as per site requirement.

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor)

Providing and Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing. Supply Erection, fixing, grouting of stay rod in cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 in Block 600*600*300 mm with binding & nuzzling including providing & fixing of stay insulator complete in all respect with grouting. (All Work and Material in the scope of Contractor)

Laying and commissiong of 11KV 3x120sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. after digging trench of dia 220 mm in two parallel bores for Double Curcuit by manual method at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as requirement at site) below the ground level for laying cable and refilling of trench including connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work and Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 11KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minium 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab of size 450x600x50mm on top of the each Cable, Providing 150 thickness mm River sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable and Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps and Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.
