Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and ceiling.

M&L Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint two coats on walls and ceiling surface distempering with distemper oil emulsion of two coat on wall surface.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

P&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mmx 250mmx 7mm/ 450mmX 350mmX7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

P/F Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Cement concrete for flooring type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) of 100mm thick.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of Dark Shade/Double charged/ultracharged.

S&F pre stiched 110 GSM PVC coated window mosquito net, self adhesive velcro. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each (without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, with wood free EPS.

S&F 300mm Mild steel tee hinges, stove enamelled black, heavy type, and fixed.

Repairs to Shutters of any description but exc 2 sq. m each Refixing in Same opening.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork in cement mortar 1:2 of 20mm thick.

M&L Damp proof course Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L Fibre-reinforced Polyurethane hybrid water proofing membrane (Damp proof painting) SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra White for Concrete, Masonry, Wood, Metal etc. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
