Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick above or below ground level all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate cement concrete as in Sub base all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel, and earth lead connected to main DB panel/meter box panel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with CI cover, GI tubing 15mm dia light grade for protection of GI wire, GI tubing 20mm dia for watering etc all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I including provision of earthing test point & connecting to electrical equipment and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
