Construction of Minor bridge at across Pazhzyzr branch channel for Mannadi Adi- Dravidar Community Burial Ground ( Survey no 558/3) in Thellanthi Village Panchayat.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layersw of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by departmental officers with initial leae and lift etc, complete complying with standard specifiacfion and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying erreting and shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement and in all floors for slabs and beams complying with standard spefification. Below Ground level

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation inlcuding watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced centre concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. TThe binding wire shall be supplyed by the contractor.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement one and half sand and three jelly) using 20mm H.B.G. jelly for all R.C.C. items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including curin but providing fixtureslike fanclamps in the R.C.C. Floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs beam etc. complying with standard spefification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
