All works upto required level. 1:1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 Coarse aggregate sand : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incld carraige of all materials involved.

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five level level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with: 5.5.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work incld straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete (TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more.)

Centring and shuttering incld. Strutting, proping etc & removal of form work for Founadtions, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone of size 300x200 mm face with 150 mm depth in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing: Fine chisel dressed

Extra for fine chisel dressed Devri Stone in square or rectangular Pillars

P/f of Devri Stone fine chiselled Ornanmental Cornice 150mm in 1:6Mix incl pointing in 1:2 mix and also moulding the edges as per the approved designand pattern including cost and all carriages upto the site

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Superstructure including curing in In cement mortar 1 cement: 6 fine sand mortar.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding
