SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Manglia Receipt Terminal, invites tenders from vendors for providing “E-Tender for Miscellaneous Fabrication work at BPCL MRT , Manglia-Sanwer Road, Manglia (Indore). Additional Terms and Conditions: The works need to be started as soon as the LOI is handed over to the L1 party. Payments shall be released only after satisfactory quality of job and checking of the same by BPCL officials. The specifications given by the BPCL shall be followed by you strictly. There shall be no change in material or design given by BPCL. In case of any query, you shall contact the Tender publisher immediately. Part payments will be made only if approved by the authorities. BPCL reserves the right to cancel the tender due to unavoidable reasons. The work shall be completed within a period of ONE month from date of issue of LOI. Final bill for the job shall be certified post completion of the entire job as per scope of work and submission and display of layout drawing, electric testing report Any change in the specification/design is as per the direction of In-charge/Engineering officer. 10. Materials used in the Civil works are ISI / Standard Type/ Approved companies. 11.
