PROVN, ADDITION AND ALTERATION OF SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE AT TK TPTR UNDER GE (N) AKHNOOR

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any kind of soil and disposal of excavation earth lead upto 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, path/hardstanding etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders guage not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spreading in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, (nominal mix) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in plinth courses, coping, benching concrete, kerb, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out in all kind of soil (the excavated soil) and disposal of surplus excavated soil, within a lead of 50m complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling or mass concrete, complete all as specifed and directed.

450mm dia, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any kind of soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles, truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to pole, finial taper cap, bolts, nuts & screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410, SP-31 (9.0m long) including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, including painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of black bituminous paint internally & portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately, and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.
