M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4;8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base or floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete of type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in coping, lintel bands, strings coarses etc slightly rounded and chamferred angles and throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, all as specified.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drain, all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds etc

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick,area exc 0.11sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm of each tile in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick Chequered cement concrete tiles (in any colour & shape), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & no pigment over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection finished even aned fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in skirting/ dado (350x250 or 450x350) x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour of the tile over backing coat/screed bed 10mm thick in CM1:4 on fair faces of brick/stonewall surffaces for laying dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge ,thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including necessary scaffolding, any type, any location/height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Outsourcing of manpower (2 Safaiwalas daily) to provide services of cleaning of blockages of sewage lines of any dia and depth, manholes of any size and depth, working in foul condition cleaning of manholes and sewage lines by rodding to and fro, flushing with water in sewage lines between successive manholes and keeping the system functional including water closets, floor traps, Nahani traps, gully traps etc, upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks, Dewatering contaminated/ with fine waste material sludge from septic tank and soakage well of any capacity/depth, Cleaning of septic tanks of various capacities including chambers, outlet chambers and removing out all waste solid material / sludge by mean of manually or mechanically and disposing the same to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and burring in borrow pit within te premises complete incl covering with fresh mud, finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, aroung the septic tank, soakage well and over the pit complete, including cleaning of soil/waste/vent pipes and rain water pipes of any description and size in the area of Bandipur and Dawar Grn by two Semi-Skilled/unskilled Tradesman, (having minimum educational qualification of matriculation) and in one shift of eight Hours per day (from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hours) for attending complaints of sewage cleaning as instructed by concerned JE with complaint slip and report back to the same JE, including maintaining of the record of complaint slips after getting signature of users, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of earth work in the pit is deemed to be incl in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer)

Cleaning of sewage lines of 100mm /150mm bore including manholes by means of cleaning rods through manholes to manholes, incl dewatering (if any) taking out sludge collected in manholes, depositing the same in the pit at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry , around the manholes and cover the pit, out of Garrison in a closed container if living area/Cook house/Office complex not less than 50m from where work is progressed complete , all as directed ( Cost of earth work in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by tenderer).

Cleaning/removal of blockage and removing deposited sludge/liquid materials, foreign materials from manholes, pipe lines through vaccum pressure Jet Machine complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage from Floor/Nahni trap of kitchen/Bathroom upto but excluding gully trap manually by rodding and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material outsiode MD land, complete all as Specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dewatering/pumping/bailing out contaminated with waste material sludge from septic tank along with inlet outlet chamber of any capacity/depth and disposing same out of cantonment area in a closed container including taking off manhole covers and putting back the same after cleaning/removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks and cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement morter to match with existing surfaces to make hygienically fit, writing the date of cleaning of spetic tank with black and white paint of size 150 x 200mm and finally spraying unslaked lime (bleaching powder), dry, around and over the septic tank all as directed and the entire satisfaction of by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Qty of liquid sludge shall be measured for payment under this item. 2. Arrangement of land for the disposal of waste is complete responsibility of contractor.

Mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm die or securing with clips quality .
