Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrète Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456- 2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (plasticise / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrète, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10 to 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shutterlng and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providingin the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and filling loose boulders of size more than 300mm and weight more than 40kg in U/S and D/S launching apron using including conveyance, cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 63mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75x75x8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150x75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform. The gear box align with the screw rod and fixed with required bolts nuts etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminum oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer The rate including cost of worm gear, cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment’s like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment’s and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 3.00 m and upto 4.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 12mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and end vertical made up of 100x50mm mild steel channel 2 Nos on both sides, provided with 100mm dia MS Rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 2" dia Gun metal bushes and 1" dia roller pin for smooth operation. The shutter lifted with 12mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia B-Class G.I Pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter. The bottom seal made up of 75x10mm rubber seal covered with 65x8mm steel flats fastened with required with rust free bolts and Nuts. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of stainless steel (316gr) plate 650 x 8mm bent to shape for required height including welding hold fast of Stainless Steel angles 50x50x6mm (316Gr) on both side and Sill beam Stainless steel ISMB 150x75mm (316Gr) and Rubber flat 75 x 8mm of SS flat and conveying and leading the groove anlge to the vents. Fixing the anlge to the grooves in proper alignment conveying and stacking at section store. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides, conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 300x140mm (ISMB 300) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.90m with necessary Fish plate made out of 20mm mild steel plate of size 0.23x 0.30m 2 Nos to place the beam in position including petty civil works and painting with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint with one coat Red Oxide primer etc., including dismantling old beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
