Demolition of cement concrete of any description in sunken floor or in any position as specified and directed. .

Treatment of sunken floor slab compriases of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% BY WT OF CEMENT CONSUMED. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting to be carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately).

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately ) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black paint shall be paid separetely)

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacterors instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor of toilet complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 15mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 20mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors etc etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stop valves/angle valve, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs stop valves, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) for iron pipe of 20mm bore of complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir 25 mm dia gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing all the rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (Ist quality) of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7 mm / 300 x 450 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet (Squatting pan) “Orissa” pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and ‘P’ trap (excluding flushing cistern) but including PVC flush pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white, including fixing bolts and necessary connection with existing pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall excludes the cost of flush pipe, cistern & seat cover and the same shall be paid seperately under respective item.

M & L for providing 15mm thick rendering over roof slab in Cement Mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not les than 3.50 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1.Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of newly/old plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions all as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form works.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with waterproofing compound @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
