Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each and removal from site, all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each and removal from site & directed .

Resecuring and easing & adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each including all fittings as directed

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum density of 650 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face ) & 900 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 50 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 850N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retardant r complete all specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame / Chowkhat of Size 50mmx100mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 58 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 900 N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retaident and fixed in position with and including MS hold Fast lugs / SS Dash Fastner of required dia and length with and including Supply and Fixing (03 Nos Per Frame ) 100 mm long SS Butt Hinges with and making good with plastering/rendering etc. around the finished opening of the distrubed surface with Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reiforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (style) with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window area not exceeding 2.00 Sqm Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note :- 5mm thick toughened Glass and stainless steel wire shall be included in this item nothing shall be paid extra in this account. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.)
