Providing and fixing B.A chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of B.A. wire of dia 3mm .To be paid as per acutual during execution

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new steel works. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing of motor of approved brand ISI make crumpton brand 2 HP inc. All accessories complete job.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable lockingarrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing Sprinke System With all fittings and fixtures complet job as per the direction of site engineer
