Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality :

15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P. brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm inlet :

100 mm diameter

Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour.

15 mm nominal bore, 125 mm long foam flow, weighing not less than 120 gms

Surfacing preparation to micro concret by chipping to depth of maximum 75mm cleaning removing the traces of dust, loose concrete including the cost of labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Supply and application of epoxy concrete bonding, agent (conforming to and having BIS 6319 certification) and over cleaned and properly prepared old concrete surface to give good bonding between old and new concrete, including cost of all materials, minor tools etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing foam work and shuttering to receive the micro concrete including cost of all materials all labour charges, minor tools etc.

Supplying and applying high strength non shrink cementinous free flow concrete (with minimum 28 days flexural strength 50kg/sq.cm and compressive strength 500 kg/sq.cm as per BIS 4551-80) for above water level on site to enable completion of pouring in a continous operation. An approved grout concrete mixture of slow speed heavy duty drill and exact quantity of water as recommended should be poured into the vessel slowly and mix the same throughly in a forced action. The mix materials should be placed immediately to position foam work continously to an average thickness of 50mm without any gap including all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying, mixing and applying curing membrane or equivalent with water including cost of all materials all labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.
