Replacement of filter media of 02 nos. Vertical type pressure filter of 10000 GPH capacity each at filter plant of Adarshnagar Colony of LOCP under Ib Valley Area

Dismantling and unloading etc. of filter media from cylindrical vertical type pressure filter including stacking of materials upto a lead of 50 mtrs and then cleaning the same as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning the horizontal vessel inside with air pressure and painting the same with two or more coats with anti corrosive black bituminous paint, outside surface also after proper cleaning again painting with synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats including valves as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying, placing, packing and levelling of filter gravel as per IS 5419 (Part 6-10 977) with latest hard spherical and uniform size, properly washed and cleaned for each layer ranging with media with 16/32 meash sieve sand including as per direction of EIC.

Additional layer MnO2 to be provided as iron removal media of thickness 150 mm

Providing and fixing PVC strainer in the filter bed inside the vessel as per ISI specification (5/8 umbrella type PVC) including all and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I pipes complete with G.I fittings (socket, flange, tee, etc) including trenching and refilling etc external work : 100 mm dia nominal bore (Jindal medium Class B or equivalent)

Supply of liquid chlorine

Providing and fixing G.I pipes complete with G.I fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work : 80 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.I sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 100 mm diameter Class I

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
