Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil for laying and taking down UG cable any size.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 in depth getting out soft /disintegrated rock for laying and taking down UG cable of any size

M & L for sand cushionning with layers of sand 8cm before laying of cable & 15cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as specified adn as directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm with ISI mark.

Supply and laying PCC cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with ISI mark.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HT XLPE cable insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11KV grade, including dismantling of existing cable.

Supply & laying UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of following sizes:-

(a) 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(c) 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(d) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(e) 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(f) 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core

M&L for fixing GI tubing 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : (a) The quoted rates are including of minor items such as HT fuse wire, conductor wire for jointing of jumper up to 1.5 mtr length, insulation tap, excavation work involved for looping cable only, transportation & ladder etc. (b) Contractor are arranged electrician/labour within 1 Hrs to repairing of damaged jumper/over head conductor. (c) If contractor are failed to attend the complaints then penalty charges will be apply.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of electric pole by removing all dirt, dust, etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of Apex emulsion paint/aluminium paint of approved colour including cross arms/bracing support on poles and writing of pole Nos etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following pole:-

(a) HT concrete pole of any length

(b) LT concrete pole of any length

(c ) LT steel tubular pole of any length

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of fencing, gate and angle iron with connected accessories along MES installation by removing all old paint, dirt, dust, etc and painting complete surface of installation with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and foundation/platform of installation painting with one coat Apex emulsion paint including writing of identification etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of Feeder Pillar box/LT Panel by removing all dirt, dust, etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation, bushes etc and cleaning the installation and surroundings complete for a substation/installation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded trap stone aggregate for repair of earth pit, cable duct PCC near GOD and transformer etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
