To qualify for the award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work 1)Earthwork-1260.90 Cum, 2)Cement Concrete (including RCC and PCC)- 307.67 Cum 3)Steel-22.56 Tonne

3.2 B) To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as one single Retaining wall work of value not less than Rs 38.02 Lakhs

3.3 a. Each Tenderer should further demonstrate, As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipment/machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP-12/2022, Bangalore Dtd: 11.05.2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs. 3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machinery for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification Excavator like JCB/Hitachi, Tippers, Concrete Mixer with Hopper, Shuttering Materials & Water Tanker,

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified,if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity-( AxNx2.5-B )whereA-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -0.50 Year.B-Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next year 0.50 (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an Average financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 76.04 Lakhs.

Annual Financial Turnover Certificate for the last five years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26,UDIN is preferred in Turnover certificate.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 22.81 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
