PROVISION OF CERTAIN REVENUE MAJOR AND MINOR WORKS AT DMDE, SERA VVRA AND OFFICERS MESS UNDER GE (I) RND KANCHANBAGH

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs but not exceeding 1.50 km complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in excavated soil

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including demolition of concrete, complete all as directed.

S&F 150 mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps,plugs and unions etc) complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipe 200 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested complete all as directed.

M&L for framed work in repairs such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and appying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including atering and consolidation complete all as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exc 25 cm , in Soft/Loose soil.

Material and labour providing reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 using (20mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in foundations, footings, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS framed work as in tubular trusses, purlins, posts and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc. including necessary cutting and welding etc fixed in position as specified.

M&L for MS Angle iron as fencing post cut indepently and embedding in concrete including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes , notching for wire at flat iron fillets , (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or rivrting etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, diameter of neck should be 5 to 10 mm.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15mm dia wire and 50x50mm mesh size (pitch of wire).

S&F Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick size 300x300 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over M&L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement and tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 15mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat oil bound distemper complete all as directed.

M&L 18 mm thick granite (any colour) work as in pillars, display boards, wall cladding and like incl 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and rounding of edges complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Granite colour approved by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair CP Swag neck taps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make- Parryware or Equalent

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1 : 4 :8 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and making joints and filling with bitumen sand mastic including necessary form work.

M&L for providing chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles glossy factory made of hydraulic pressed finish of 25 mm thick and size not less than 300x300 / 350 x 350mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments and with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. Complete all as directed
