Raking out existing filling from contraction/construction joints of runway/taxi track & dispersal area, 20 to 25mm deep and 10mm to 15mm wide including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticked sealing compound from sides of joints in totality and removal of rubbish, out off premises. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and applying primer of approved make to sides & bottoms of joints and filling the joints with polyurethane material of approved make and filling the joint with sealing compound of approved make to a deapth of 10mm all as per manufacture's instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy grouting combination of Hardner and Base with required quantity of sand dust of approved make after a coat of primer on existing concrete pavement in dispersal area/runways incl cutting the concrete pavement at required depth & width manually or mechanically complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grass/vegetation/hedges/bushes and wild growth of any type/size/height by mechanical means and surface dressing the berms to 1.5m wide, including removal of vegetation/rubbish to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping of old thermoplastic paint of any thickness in lines, arrow, dashes & letters width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters width and girth as directed by Engr-in-charge, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete/ bituminous surface of helipad/taxi track and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paints white or golden yellow colour in lines, dashes, arrows & letters as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bond stones, roof slab including finishing the top surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-silting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate, debris and removal to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 incl demolition of existing brickwork/stone masonry built in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggrigates) as in sub base for pavement, path etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, white cement layer of 6 to 8 mm coated with epoxy coating (Red/Yellow), built with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 (M-35 Grade) over and including 50mm thick sand filling under paver, properly levelled etc, including taking out existing interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving, laid in slope finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed.
