Providing anchor rod / Grip rod of 20mm dia RTS (Not less than Fe 500 Grade) to a length of 2m by drilling 32mm dia hole to a depth of 1.00 metre into hard rock and grouting with Bonding materials as directed by the TANTRANSCO Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift , curing , etc., complete.

PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm HB metal for tower foundation concrete with out form work including cost of all materials, labour,curing lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal for tower Footing concrete without form work including cost of cement of approved brand all materials, labour, curing, all leads & lifts, vibrating charges as per Standard Specification ( But excluding cost of steel reinforcement)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal for tower chimney concrete with chimney steel form work including cost of cement of approved brand all materials, labour, curing, all leads & lifts, shuttering arrangements vibrating charges as per Standard Specification ( But excluding cost of steel reinforcement)

Providing steel reinforcement RTS rods of approved brand for all RCC works, including cost of steel rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete

Labour charges of setting of stub and cleat of (using template / modern technique) for KCR Tower (110 KV ) with correct level and alignment and hire charges of template, with all labour, lead, lift, etc., as per Standard specification complete. (stub and cleat will be supplied by TANTRANSCO @ karamadai stores)

Labour charges of setting of stub and cleat of (using template / modern technique) for HCR Tower (110 KV ) with correct level and alignment and hire charges of template, with all labour, lead, lift, etc., as per Standard specification complete. (stub and cleat will be supplied by TANTRANSCO @ karamadai stores)

Back filling with excavated earth other than sand including watering consolidation in 150mm thick layer and forming platform around tower legs with excess earth etc., complete.

Transporting of excess excavated earth away from site within a lead of 100 m including all labours, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing pipe type earthing including necessary exca-vation for fixing 3M long of 40 mm dia GI ‘B’ class pipe and refilling with excavated earth mixed with salt and charcoal and connect the earth strips with the legs of the stub including cost of pipe refilling earth, fixing charges transport lead, lift, labour,etc., complete.

Plastering the Chimney portion upto 0.45 m with CM 1:3, 12mm thick including all cost of shuttering charges lead lift curing labour materials etc complete
