Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), SS flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of 2nd stage embd parts consisting of sill beam, sill beam & side seal ss seat, ss seat, guide side wall plates, U/S & D/S side wall plates, top wall plates, top seal ss seat etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girders, end vertical girders, seal flats, side, bottom & top seal mounting & clamping etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of cross beam, base plate, Chq Plate, Locking Cap etc of total wt around 2943.45kg for 4 Nos. of SS Gates (size: 1.22m×1.71m) and 1 No. of HR Gate (size: 0.97m×0.95m) as per specification and approved drawings with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Bought out materials for 4 Nos. of Gates (1.22m×1.71m) and 1 No. of Gate (0.97m×0.95m)-Hex Bolts, Nuts etc.-220kg; Ø20 MS anchor bar-400mm long all inclusive of material,thread cutting etc. as specified in the drawing-80 nos; LTB-1 Bronze Pad of size 240mm×38mm×10mm-16 nos & of size 80mm×30mm×12mm-4 nos; Flat Bottom Rubber Seal 75mm×10mm IS:11855-5.25m;Ø32mm×10mm th×80mm width Side & Top Rubber Seal IS:11855-16.43m;Ø63 Screw Rod Threaded to M62×9-17.16m;Ø63mm Nut Type Screw Gear Box including Thrust Bearing- 5Sets; Grease (Total Elf Multis XL 3) & gear oil etc-10kg; Lifting pin dia 30mm & length 140mm-45C8 of IS:1570 (PART II) all inclusive of cost of material,machining etc. as per dwg-5nos; Split Pin 6.3x71 of IS: 549-5nos as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Erection, positioning, commissioning, testing etc. of 1st & 2nd stage embd parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track, guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate,horizontal girder, end vertical girder, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, gear box, cross beams, base plate, fixing of anchor bolts, Chq. Plate, Locking Cap etc. of total weight around 3726.81kg for 4 Nos. of SS Gates (size: 1.22m×1.71m) and 1 No. of HR Gate (size: 0.97m×0.95m) as per specification and approved dwg with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, watch & ward, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts and transportation charges with labour charges for loading and unloading all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 2nd stage embd parts, vertical lift gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of 1 coat Zn primer of 40micron thick and 3 coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each, of approximately 2470.54kg, Painting of Hoist bridge, gear box, cross beam etc. including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of 1 coat Zn primer of 40micron thick and 3 coats of Al paint of 100 micron each of approximately 836.44kg for 4 Nos. of SS Gates (size: 1.22m×1.71m) and 1 No. of HR Gate (size: 0.97m×0.95m) all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications and approved drawing with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing RCC grade M-20 for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per approved design, drawings and specification with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction / erection and removal of gangways, staging, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 4 Nos. of SS Gates (size: 1.22m×1.71m) and 1 No. of HR Gate (size: 0.97m×0.95m) Constructing Coffer Dam, Dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.
