Almirah large steel with shelves (Drawing No : FD-1031) DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 916mm(W)X468mm(D)X1980(H) Shelf thickness-0.7mm, Back thickness-0.8mm, Door thickness-0.8mm DESCRIPTION:-Almirah large steel with shelves The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, side’s bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments. Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. Make- Godrej HANDLE: One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH:-All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Almirah Medium steel with shelves (Drawing No : FD-1032) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1270 mm high, 765mm wide and 440mm deep. Shelf thickness-0.7mm, Back thickness-0.8mm, Other Componenets thickness-0.9mm DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Make- Godrej HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. Book case steel 1675x840x305mm (Drawing No : FD-1028) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 840 mm long, 310 mm wide and 1675 mm high. DESCRIPTION:All sheet shall be mild steel sheet 1 mm thick, back, sides, bottom, top and shelves.The book case shall be provided with four compartments of equal size. The shutters of each compartment shall open towards top and slide into the depth of the book case.Transparent glass 4mm thick shall be provided to front shutters. Two steel handles of 100 mm long shall be provided to each shutter of the compartment. The locking device shall be provided to each compartment with duplicate key and each shutter shall be provided with decorative key plate .Make of lock godrej/harrison/link FINISH: All steel surfaces internally and externally shall be painted with two coats of silver hammer paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on top shutter of visible colour as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Bath Mat PVC (Drawing No : FD/E6/MAP/07) The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material .The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm Lx300mm Wx250mmH.The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs. Make-AMKO or equivalent

Bin Soiled linen Multipurpose (Drawing No : FD/E-6/MAP/09) The overall size of the bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 750mm high. The sides, partitions, shelves, drawers of the bin linen shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The back of the bin linen shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The three equal shutters shall be provided with magnetic catchers. All fittings and fixtures shall be done as per drg.The base shall be provided at an height of 75mm from ground and shall be of hardwood sheesham with four nos of 25x25mm stiffeners placed at equidistant positions. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Dining Offr's (Drawing No : FD/E6/MAP/04) Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg..75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam (Kurlon/sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm..Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30x45mm.All sizes shall be taken as stated in specification, irrespective of what is shown on drg. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Writing (Drawing No : FD/E6/MAP/12) The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer. Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Chair Varandah (Drawing No : FD-259) CHAIRVERANDAH:- All as shown or drawing. The legs on both sides of chair shall be of 20mmm dia mild steel conduit of well thickness as 1.6mm made to shape as shown on drawing. The width at bottom of legs in sides shall be 600mm at at seat portion the width shall be 405mm. The frame of legs shall be joined in front with 10mm dia mild steel rod welded to legs at 75mm below the bottom of front portion of seat. The frame of legs shall be in one piece. The seat and back rest shall be made of one piece. The width of seat between the legs shall be 460mm. The top of back rest shall be 760mm from bottom of legs. The front of seat shall be at 35mm high and back of seat shall be 300mm high from bottom of legs. Two horizontals of 20mm dia mild steel tube of wall thickness as 1.6mm shall be provided one at the rear of seat and other at bottom of back rest over which nylon cane shall be woven as shown on drawing. 3mm thick flat iron plate shall be welded at the bottom of all legs. Caning shall be done with 4mm wide cane in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the seat, back and hand rest portion. PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All steel surfaces exposed to views when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Caning shall be done after the painting of chair.

Chair Easy (Drawing No : FD-229/17/201) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 740mm high . DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 350mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 25mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mmx55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mmx55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmx100mm in section out of 60mmx100mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmx100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mmx25mm in section teak wood to form the frame |Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

Chair CB Steel with Arms (Drawing No : FD-75) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 535mm wide,560mm deep and 900mm high. DESCRIPTION: Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Conduit pipe used for frame shall be 20mm dia steel tubing having wall thickness 1.6mm Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE/BSO and in running welding grinded to give smooth surface. The seat and back frame of the chair shall be made up of quality sheesham wood in natural polish with polythene cane in godrej pattern confirming to IS-5378:94(Type-I) of durable quality. The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to ERW frame. The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers. The arms shall be of PPCP material in lieu of wooden and shall be fixed with screws from beneath. Weaving of cane shall be done with premier or shah brand plastic cane in godrej pattern. Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick, Gola type weighing not less than 6 gms/10 RM. Bottom of legs shall have hard rubber shoes. FINISH: All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

Chair Wooden bottom w/o Arms (Drawing No : FD-25/225/285) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 445mm long,440mm wide and 835mm high DESCRIPTION:-.Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality. Front legs shall be of size 30mmx55mm in section and 435mm highand rear legs shall be of section30x55mm and 815mm high. The legs shall be joined by front, sides, rear rails made to shape out of 30mmx65mm in section. Two side stiffeners in short rails shall be provided of 20mmx25mm in section.One stiffener of 20mmx25mm shall also be provided at centre of both sise stiffeners joining the sides stiffenres. 12MM thick decorative plywood with perforated holes 5MM dia at centre in a radius of 5 inch shall be fixed over the frame of the chair irrespective of what is shown on drg. All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH:-All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces.

Hand Stand with mirror (Drawing No : FD-361/362) Overall size shall be 1000mm long and 710mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood (mp). Top and bottom horizontal rails and two vertical sides shall form the frame of 50mmx20mm in section for the Hat stand. The top and bottom horizontal rails shall be joined by intermediate vertical stiffeners of 50mmx20mm in section at 288mm from inside of right hand side of vertical frame. On the left hand side of Hat Stand, two horizontal stiffeners, 50mmx20mm in section shall be provided. The top stiffener shall be at 160mm from bottom of top horizontal frame to the center of the top stffener. The bottom stiffener shall be at 200mm from bottom of horizontal frame to the center of bottom stiffener. On right hand side of Hat Stand. one horizontal stiffener. 50mmx20mm in section shall be provide. The Frame of Hat Stand shall be provided with 4mm thick teak ply (one side teak face). Two key plates of mild steel sheet 3mm thick flat iron with key holes as shown on drawing shall be provided to two top corners at the back of Hat Stand as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss fininsh. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of black paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces Brass pegs shall have shining surfaces and remain untreated irrespective of what is shown on drawing.

Locker bed side (Drawing No : FD-1029) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick 20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets. Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting. One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH: All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty.A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg .

Peg Table (Drawing No : FD-384) DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs. A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

Receptable PVC (Drawing No : FD/E-6/MAP/13) The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic. It shall be of capacity 20 liters, provided with lid and handle as shown in drg.

Side Board (Drawing No : FD-241/372) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 450mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be first class hard wood teak .The bottom frame shall be of 18mm thick teak wood frame and shall be 125mm high from ground.All sides i.e-front shutters, top, bottom sides and front sides of drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. Four drawers shall be provided in the right hand side of the side board. Left hand side shall have one hung shutters. Back of side board shall be of 12mm thick commercial ply irrespective of what is shown on drg. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial. The shutters shall have continuous piano type hinges. The top of one shutter shall have 50mm long flush bolt fitted towards inside of shutter. Two knobs shall be provided to the shutter. Four knobs shall be provided to the four drawers (one for each drawer) 3mm x 19mm teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of particle board and shelf.
