Providing and laying of water proofing treatment on roof with APP modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane super thermo lay with non woven polyster mat reinforement of 160 gsm weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer or equivalent @ 0.3Ltr/Sqm by same manufacturer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 .The membrane shall be laid using butane torch .The end lap should be 100mm and the side lap must be minimum 75mm .The membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane(flashing) with an overlap covering upto a distance of 300mm .In case parapet height is less than upto 500mm,membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet.All rain water pipes opening shall be suitable sealed with APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of old brick tile as in roof traetment and Cleaning of existing treatment of any description completely & washing rubbing with water

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 77 but except brick tiles laid on cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

PCC padding in roof slabs/chhajjas in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and incl integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement and providing necessary slope towards outside.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete in CM 1:3 in facia or ediging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projection etc incl taking taking out pealed off plaster/concrete and making good to crackes in RCC surfaces in true line/shape by providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including all necessary from work to thickness at required at GF and FF finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - The rate will inclussive of scafolding for single or double story including making holes in brickwork and making good in cement mortor.

Taking down carefully point wiring of any type, size and description from hard/ teak wood batten/through pipes/casing capping (light, fan, sockets and socket outlets etc) including removal of battens, pipes, plug sockets, socket outlets, switches, shades, ceiling roses, light fittings etc. complete and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing all as directed.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards and cut outs etc. of any type and capacity along with the existing boards and removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surface/portion of walls all as directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any nos of wire and size with earth wire from wooden batten/surface conduit/casing caping complete with its all accessories

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for double door MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, Single Pole & Neutral (SPN), suitable for 8 way, 240 volts, IP 43 & IK 09 fixed on wall with din rail, neutral and earth bar, in proper position and takingdown old one all as directed.

Supply & fixing MCB Single Pole and Neutral (SPN) of capacity 32 to 63 Amps, 240 Volts, breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ series, fixed in proper position and takingdown old one all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair MCB Single Pole (SP) of capacity 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ series, fixed in proper position all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).
