Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil using ON-LINE filtartion plant to remove moistrure and carbon contents to achieve dielectric strength of oil not less than 50KV in 4mm gap, Oil samples of each transformer, OCB and OFS etc are to be tested before and after filtration test, results to be recorded on a printed format and also painting the date of test on the equipment with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed and also including disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts etc all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Oil required for topping up for filtration will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ . (ii) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for proper cleaning of the tank surfaces to make the same free from sludge etc. (iii) The qty of oil payable under this item shall be the net qty reused for filling after dehydration and filtration having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV in 4mm gap

Filtration and Dehyderten of oil of 11 KV/22 KV CTPT by ON-LINE filtration plant to remove moisture and carbon contentents to acheive dielectric strength of oil not less than 50KV in 4mm gap and producing test result on records before and after filtration of each CTPT and also including servicing and painting the entire unit and reconnnecting the same all as specified and directed, Note - Oil required for topping up for filtration will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ .

M&L for prepartion of old painted surfaces of transformer 100 to 315 KVA capacity, 11KV-22KV/433 Volt including removing of any oil spillage and applyIing two coats of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted surfaces of transformer 400 to 1000 KVA capacity , 11KV-22KV/433 Volt including removing of any oil spillage etc and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out unserviceable LT bushings with stud etc and replacing LT Bushings complete with and including copper/brass stud, rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts, cable lugs etc for 11 KV - 22 KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 315 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down/opening top cover of 11 KV - 22KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 315 KVA, replacing the gasket of top cover and refixing the top cover, including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out unserviceable HT bushings with stud etc and replacing HT Bushings complete with and including copper/brass stud, rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts, cable lugs etc for 11 KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 315 KVA, all as specified and directed.

Notes:-(i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ii) Cable joint will be measured and paid separately. Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class HV, Type -I, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying reinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class EHV, type -I with peak size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Silica Gel Breather with silica gel for 11 KV to 22 KV Transformer of Rating upto 630 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of HT OCB 11 KV, 400 Amps, 250 MVA of Make Crompton Greaves/MEI/GEC/ Alstom installed at various locations after taking shut down from department and opening both incoming and outgoing connections, dismantling complete Circuit Breaker after detaching oil tank and draining out oil in a separate container and cleaning of oil tank throughly and carrying out the following repair work :- (i) Taking out complete parts of OCB separately viz. like ARC control pot assembly, jack ring , contact main, TULIP contact finger assembly, terminal bushing, moving contact block, fixed contact block, pick off spring assembly, moving ARC, Contact ARC, assembly of main moving contact, speed control device assembly etc and checking the same for its serviceability/ suitability for refixing, cleaning the OCB externally and internally including all parts thoroughly as per standard practice (also cleaning the male female contacts with emery papers and insulator with CRS spray and applying petrolium jelly/grease to the moving parts), reassembling complete parts of OCBs including replacement of existing unserviceable parts /components all as approved and directed. (ii) Taking out complete parts of Truck & Hoist Assembly, after removing old grease checking the same for its suitability/ serviceability and reassembling complete truck and hoist assembly after replacement of defective parts all as approved and directed including greasing and oiling the complete mechanism as per standard practice. (iii) Servicing of dependent/independent mechanism and spring charging mechanism including replacement of spares comprising of scope as under :- (a) Recommissioning including testing of HT OCB for overload setting and adjustment. (b) Recommissioning of complete Truck and Hoist assembly all as directed (iv) Checking/testing/servicing of tank assembly/barrier, solenoid machianism, trip unit assembly, BUS bar spout epoxy cast side entry cable base busing, arrangment with drawable type PT assembly of male female housing etc complete including repalcement of defective parts with new all as directed. (v) Over hauling of HT panel of each OCB including cleaning of bus bar chember, CT's and painting all exposed surfaces with one coat of insulation paint of same colour and replacement of control fuses, replacement of panel heater and bus bar insulators all as directed and painting Alphbet/Numbers with bold letters upto 5 cm height with black colour. (vi) Checking/repairing the auxillary wiring. Testing and calibration of 11 KV HT VCB panel protection relay, over current/ earth fault relay, tripping and closing circuits by primary and secondary injection method for their optimal tripping and closing performance including resetting of the time whenever required including submission of test report in duplicate complete all as directed. (a) Measuring instrument required for calibration and testing shall be arranged by the contractor without extra cost. (b) Calibration should be done by OEM/ state electricity board licenesed service Engineer. (c) No payment shall be made towards this item till submission of satisfactory test report duly verified by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level and connected to earth test point by means of copper Strip of size 20x3 mm all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed and including taking down of old earthing materials, complete all as specified and directed. CTs and copper cable termination rod, after replacing the above components, clean the splashes over compartment, servicing the entire braker, testing the braker standard parameters and set the Earth fault and over current relay all as per existing setting, after carryout above repairs. Megerring the braker for Phase to Phase and earth to phase, earth fault values with HT Megar, clean all the splashes over compartment compietely, clean all spout insulator. Manning & Operation of Central AC Plants [Installation consisting of AC plant with chilled water system 22 TR capacity having 03 Nos compressors each of 11 TR capacity (02 Nos working at a time and 01 No. standby) with all connected equipments and machineries through out the month in two shifts (including Sundays and Holidays) by employing one operator cum AC machenic per shift of eight hours including carrying out routine maintenance and upkeeping the Installation / AC Plants in operation condition complete in all respects as specified and directed :- Location-:P-43,P-44,P-45 at NAD(Trombay): (i) 1st shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs Notes for ITEM NOS 01 TO 02 :- Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (i) To provide uniform, tools & plants, safety means like glove etc to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manning and Operation of AC Plants/Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (ii) To keep the AC Plant Room & allied area in clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (iii) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs, oiling, greasing and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, gas charging, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (v) To hand over the entire plant in serviceable condition at the time of completion. (vi) Contractor shall submit the details of payment of wages for staff employed through Aadhaar linked bank accounts for payment purpose.

Supply only refrigerant (R-407C) gas as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Make : MAFRON/FLORON/ REFRON/ FREON Note-: The quantity of the above items shall only be operated to the extent required for topping-up as specified in the relevant other connected items of BOQ.

M & L for dismantling condenser connections for descaling, plugging them and providing 15 mm bore tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate mild acid solution shall be used). The PH value of solution shall be 4 and it shall be checked frequently i.e. every 1 hour during the operation. The Scalgun WS solution or equivalent solution as approved by the GE shall be used for discaling purpose. After 2 to 3 hours of cleaning, if the PH value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water added with sodium carbonate. After above process, the end covers shall be opened and condenser tubes shall be cleaned with Nylon brush, subsequently after closing the end covers, circulate mild acid solution as specified above and PH value shall be maintained as above, flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant upto required pressure complete all as specified and directed for AC Plant of condensor 2 x 39 TR capacity at PBGM NAD (T). Notes: The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements :- (a) The solution shall be warmed upto 35 Degree Celsius. (b) During the entire process of cleaning, the PH value of water shall be 7. (c) Provision of solution for descaling, rubber gaskets, washers, nuts, bolts etc as directed.

-diito- all as per item No.143 hereinbefore but for Condensar of AC Plant of 2 x 22 TR Capacity at MRP NAD (T)

Disconnecting chiller connection for descaling, providing 2 Nos of 15mm dia tee and plugging for circulating mild acid solution in the chiller (Separate container and small pump set shall be used to circulate mild acid solution with PH value 4). The Scalgun WS/Cleansol or equivalent solution as approved by the GE shall be used for descaling purpose. After 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if the PH value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water added with sodium carbonate till PH value attains to 7 for the chiller connection of AC plants of2 x 39 TR capacity at PBGM NAD (T) complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements :- (a) The solution shall be warmed upto 35 Degree Celsius (b) During the entire process of cleaning, the PH value of water shall be 7. (c) Provision of solution for descaling, rubber gaskets, washers, nuts, bolts etc as directed.

-ditto- all as per item No 144 hereinbefore above but for the chiller connection of AC Plant of 2 x 22 TR Capacity of P-48 (MRP) at NAD (T)

Dismantling cooling coil section of AHU for descaling and provision of 2 Nos 15mm tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the coil. Separate container and small pump set shall be used to circulate mild acid solution with 4 PH value. The Scalgun WS/Cleansol or equivalent solution as approved by the GE shall be used for descaling. If the PH value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water added with sodium carbonate till PH value attains to 7. Refixing the coil section in position, carryout minor repairs including fixing arrangement etc. AHU coil fins shall be cleaned by Sealgum solution by spraying the solution with washing pump upto the required level for 39 TR Capacity of P-43, 44, 45 & 47 (PBGM) at NAD (T)

-ditto- all as per item No 145 hereinbefore but for 22 TR capacity P-48 (MRP) at NAD (T)

Supply and fixing in repair Scrooll Compressor upto 60 TR capacity from the unit after disconnecting electrical wiring & piping connecting nut & bolts etc refixing & installed of scroll compressor and connecting pipe line for existing pipe brazing & electric connecting etc and testing for smooth functioning etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for expansion valve suitable for AC plant of 60 TR chillar unit, Make ACCEL, complete all as specified and directed, Make: DANFOSS / SPORLAN / RANCO.

-ditto- all as per item No. 147 above but for AC 39 TR chillar unit, Model no MVE-26

Supply fix in repair, microprocessor suitable for water cooled chiller 39 TR model CWCDR040 OMNT replace MPD / VPD, PLC, circuit wiring if faulty make microprocessor with display functional in auto tempreature stage, suction pressure / discharge pressure, CHW out temp after testing complete.

Taking down the defective flexible cable PVC insulated multistranded copper / Aluminium conductor of 16 Sqmm 3 Core and supply and fix new flexible PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade complete.
