Item No 01 A :Design Structurally and architecturally and construction of spectator gallery (size: 18m x 12m) complete and staircase (Area 28.56 Sqm) all specified in design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (Miscellaneous items of works)

Item No 01 : Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes,1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS 7908 / (PART-I) 1988 with the latest amendments including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc and testing on completion all as directed etc of the under mentioned type and sizes :-

(a) 16 sqmm x 4 core

(b) 25 Sqmm x 3.5 core

Item No 02 : Supply and laying sand cushioning with dry and clean washed sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches, ducts for cable protection complete as specified & directed. Fumed thickness shall be measured.

Item No 03 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed as per IS 5820:1970, concrete grade should not be less than M-20, any breaking load loing

Item No 04 : M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and pilasters, buttresses columns, posts etc complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 06 : Supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box, double door, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar rated for not less than 400 Amps mounted FRP insulators for distribution system and CPRI approved and as per make given in CA , fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting with approved shade of RAL 7032.The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to relevant IS. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom and having welded equal angle of 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9mtr, 04 nos, 30cm of of angle shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone agregate below GL level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed by Engr-in-charge at site. The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables.

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLSH grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 2.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges. Cable Alley : Necessary cable alley shall be provided for out going cables in both sides of LT panel with terminal block, the terminal block shall be connected with the outgoing MCCB/MCB with copper bas bar of suitable size INCOMING : 4 pole MCCB having breaking capacity 25 KA ,thermal magnetic release of rating 63Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz. - 01 No OUTGOINGS : (a) 4 pole MCCB having breaking capacity 10 KA 415 Volts of rating 40 Amps. - 01 No (b) 4 Pole MCCB having breaking capacity 10 KA , 415 Volts of rating 32 Amps. - 03 No Metering and Instrumentation (c) LED Pilot Lamp suitable for 230 Volts AC supply with integral circuit and cluster LED of following colours : (d) RED - 01 No, (ii) YELLOW - 01 No, (iii) BLUE - 01 No.(k) Digital volt meter 96mm x 96mm suitable to read 0 to 500 volts, accuracy class 1% - 01 Nos (l) Digital Ammeter 96mm x 96mm suitable to read 0 to 200 Amps, accuracy class 1% - 01 Nos (n) 02 Nos.Danger Notice Plate duly written in Signal Red colour.Note: Drawing should be approved by Engg in charge before placing the order,

Item No 07 : Supply and lay in trenches/under roads/crossings or fixed to wall/pole/roof, GI tubing light grade of following sizes for protection of UG cables including taking out of old u/s pipe :-

(A) 50 mm dia

(B) 40 mm dia

Item No 08 : Supply & fixing LED Post top lantern 40/45 watt light fitting made of cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative acrylic diffuser with IP 65 rating protection complete with all accessories fixed on GI pipe 50 mm dia of specified length complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

Item No 09 : Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fittings 36/40 Watt including galvanized steel pole , ISI marked, 6 mtr , in built, ,Lithium ion LiFePO4 battery,capacity 288Wh, monocrystalline solar panel, MPPT charge controller with dusk down sensor with all connected accessories like nuts bolts clamps etc complete all as directed.

Item No 10 : Taking out and refixing solar street light fittings with pole complete with nuts ,bolts,clamps,etc all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Item No 11 : Dismantling & Taking out any type of electric concrete poles along with all connected accessories by removing all electrical connection required excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 12 : Dismantling & Taking out any type of electric steel poles along with all connected accessories by removing all electrical connection required excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 13 : Supply and errect Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and top cover, with single swan neck bracket all as specified, directed and including the following:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and 1.6 mtr deep for pole foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavation of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exc 25cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs. (b) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section for 150 mm and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete casing the pole upto GL complete all as directed. (c) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for plinth block/collar above GL 300 mm high and 600 mm x 600 mm cross section all as directed. (d) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer for preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Item No 15 : Supply and fix road lighting luminaires, 90 watts, 230 Volt with inbuilt SPD/ surge protecting device IK 07 high power IP 65/66 rated LED with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles, fixing it in new bracket (painting the bracket with one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminum paint) and connecting it with pole mounted junction box with 2.5 sqmm 2 core copper conductor all as directed.

Item No 16 : Supply and fix junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 65 protection of specified size for 10-25 sqmm XLPE cables,having terminals for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts, including polycarbonate cable gland, 01 Nos rail for mounting of MCB and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA, 6 Amps in and including fixing clamp of FI 50 x 6mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete all as directed.Make

Item No 17 : Dismantling carefully the existing Un-serviceable LT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 : Preparing old painted surfaces of HT/LT Steel tubular poles including cross arms, back plates, bracings, all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with the pole, without dismantling and M&L for painting with two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.Note: HT poles should be marked with RED & BLACK stripes and LT poles should be painted with YELLOW & BLACK stripes.

Item No 19 : S& F in repairs three core PVC insulated cables 1.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volt grade with copper conductor and drawing into street light brackets/PVC Conduits and connecting with Junction Box and Street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : M& L for cable root indicator MS sheet embossed with LT 1100 Volts Volts UG made with CI Plate 6 mm thick fixed with MS angle Iron of size 30x30x4mm of length 400 mm long including PCC work 1:2:4 type B1 of size 150x150x150 mm complete all as specified & directed

Item No 21 : Dismantling and taking down carefully external/street light fittings along with all connected accessories complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 22 : Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead wire 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 20 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Item No 23 : Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 25 X 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. Item No 24 : Dismantling and taking down carefully old u/s junction box of any size along with all connected accessories complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 25 : Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

Item No 26 : Add or deduct item No 25 but and averaging 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

Item No 27 : Preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. swe?eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Item No 28 : M & L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade III as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Item No 29 : M & L for 150 mm thick laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 : Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM including preparation of WMM surfaces as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete including preparation of WBM surfaces all as specified and directed .

Item No 31 : M & L for premixed bitumenous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to requred gradient and camber (consolidated thickness ) more then 75 mm complete all as specified and directed

Item No 32 : M &L for applying eveanly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminious surfaces as specified as table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road work 2013 using mechanical sparyer after cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Item No 33 : M & L for laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete VG-30 avaraging 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & consolidated with power road roller to reqd level gradient camber and super elevation. (This item is pertain to prade ground and surface should be smooth after laying carpet being non motorable surface accordingly bidder make quote rate).

Item No 34 : M & L Providing and consolidating 40mm thick premix Dense Aspphaltic Concrete (DAC-II) using minimum 5.5% VG30 binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 of Table 500-17 of MoRTH specification of road and Bridge work 2013, roled and compected to required canber and gradient as specified and directed.

Item No 37 : M&L for moorum /red bajri filling in floors or paving laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified

Item No 45 : M&L reinforced concrete pipes 450mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars joints all as specified and directed.

Item No 46 : M&L for concrete bed for 450 mm dia pipe concrete bed type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 47 : M&L preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic relflective paint in white or any tint marking of min 2 mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using ''HOT MARK" thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed incl all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titaniumdioxide calcium carabonate inter fillers thermroplastic requirement for glass beads shell be the Table No 650.4 of MOT specifications incl spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufactures instrustions and as directed

Item No 48 : M&L for RCC Design Mix M-30 as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs,Plinth Beam and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 49 : M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregate) concrete in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses.

Item No 50 : M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations including rafts, footings and mass concrete.

Item No 51 : Use and Waste Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick Horizontal or sloping rough finished of concrete surface.

Item No 59 : M&L Granite(of any type) tiles 16 to 18 mm thick as in any position and similar works over 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl cutting, polishing complete.

Item No 60 : Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Item No 61 : Returnig filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm of soft/loose soil

Item No 62 : Removing excavating surplus soil, n.exc. 50.0 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50m above the starting point.

Item No 63 : Supply and fixing in cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Item No 64 : Supply and fixing in solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Item No 65 : S&F Traffic convex minor of size 800 mm dia unbreakable having clear and definite mirror image with upper class collar provided with suitable clamps & nut bolts. The complete set shall be fixed on MS pipe 65mm NB 2.0 meter long from Ground level duly powder coted/painted white/blue color etc complete all as specified and directed..

Item No 66 : Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Item No 67 : M & L for including two coat of concrete paint and one coat of primer on existing kerb stone, brick wall, stone, concrete surface on old painted prepared surfaces over 10cm of girth or width not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 68 : M&L for Cleaning of Existing Surfaces of Interlocking Tiles/Chequred Tiles and applyning coat of readymade liker painting with melamine finish appxy based complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 69 : Supplying and laying 100 mm bore Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-7" with both side Flanged ends conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating and including necessary DI Specials as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 70 : Supplying and laying 150 mm bore Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-7" with both side Flanged ends conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating and including necessary DI Specials as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 71 : M&L for tapping in existing DI pipe lines 150 mm dia and inserting tee of 150x 100 mm and all as directed.

Item No 101 : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set not less than 100 KVA or nearest standard size, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 1500 rpm, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 couple directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV + Emmission compliant) latest norms/regulation Noise level 75dB(A) at a distance of one meter with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications of :-

ENGINE - 4 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled ,1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output 100 KVA/ 80 KW at 0.8 power factor 415Volts at the alternator terminal

Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-300 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-600 secs prior to shutdown after stop signal. Sleep mode increase battery life. Configurable current settings from low to minimize current draw when genset is not working.
