VRV/VRF Air conditioners of total 280 HP/224 TR installed at Psychiatry Building comprising of all the machinery equipment installed in the AC Plant Room main buildings including cooling towers, AHU and monitoring and operation of BMS system etc. in three shift of 8 Hrs. each per Day as per maintenance schedule attached, plant shall be operated round the clock in year.

Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 133x2 TR Screw chiller Air Cooled Carrier make with other low side equipment’s (as per tender document)
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 14 nos. Air Cooled VRF Air Conditioning System of total 280 HP/224 TR installed at Psychiatry building at BHU, Varanasi (The CAMC shall include Servicing, Routine site visit i/c consumable item complete in all respect.) (as per tender document)
