Supply and fix Steel tubular poles swaged type complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410-SP-55 (11 Mtr long) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (a) Painting of poles by 2 coats of synthetic enamal paint (silver ) shall be done after complete application of primer coat (b) Pole marking as directed by Engineer in Charge shall be done.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracings, supports , clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts , washers , welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and incxlusive of one primer coat , one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix pin /disc/ shackle type porelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild stel spindle. Two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. (b) Earth strip GI 32 x6 mm shall be provided till the earth pit which may be beyond 7.5 mtrs (c ) Price must include earth continuiy conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or recess or buried in ground in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situiation for loop earthing etc. as required with 8 mm GI or steel wire complete and earthing insulators fixed to walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , laying and stringing of ACSR Conductor , Aluminium conductor reinforced with steel including various acessories like line connectors , line taps and compression joints where ver required in streaching of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HT cable 11KV grade XLPE Insulated , armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 240 sq.mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HT cable 11KV grade XLPE Insulated , armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 185 sq.mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HT cable 11KV grade XLPE Insulated , armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 120 sq.mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay HT cable 11KV grade XLPE Insulated , armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 150 sq.mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of under ground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No.10 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, all as specified. complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 120x103 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS:14930 (Pt-II)/IS-16205 Pt-II for protection of HT cable 120, 150, 185 & 240 sq.mm in under ground complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Gang operated AB Switches 11KV , triple pole, mechanically operated , mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amperes including dropout fuse units complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings suitable for 11000 volts grade conforming to IS-3070 part-I, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles complete including necessary form work, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
