Making strong Dais with bamboo / Steel Pole with ply Board / steel Board [40'-0" x 20'-0"x 4'-0''] at Polo Ground with necessary fastening as per direction of EIC all complete and removing after completion of programme. [Fitness certificate for pandal & dais issued by EIC, ADDA should be required on or before 25.01.2024.]

Making strong Dais [30"-0" x 20'-00" x3-0"] at Polo Ground with bamboo / Steel Pole with Ply board / steel board with necessary fastening as per direction of EIC all complete and removing after completion of programme. [Fitness certificate for pandal & dais issued by EIC, ADDA should be required on or before 25.01.2024.]

Making Barricade by Bamboo as per instruction of EIC complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme

Making 3 dimension Gate by Bamboo & Clothes as per instruction of EIC complete in all respect [Clear opening : 16 ' x 14' and size of pillar and box beam : 3-0''x 3'-0'']and removing after completion of programme

Making View Cutter by Bamboo & Clothes [approx hight 8.0 mtr.] complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Making View Cutter by Bamboo & Clothes [approx hight 3.0 mtr.] complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying and placing plastic Chair with / without clean cover including all hire charges & transportation complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying and placing Plastic Table with / without table cloth including all hire charges & transportation complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying and placing Stainless Steel Chair with / without clean cover including all hire charges & transportation complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying and fitting printed Acrylic informatory sign board as required including printing as per direction of EIC [approx size : 16'' x 10''] [matter should be approved by EIC before printing] and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying suitable diesel Power generator with running condition for whole time of programming on hire basis including one operator, fuel charges, transportation etc. as necessary in all complete.

Supplying adequate Sound System cord and cord less microphone with running condition for whole time of programming on hire basis including operator as necessary required in all complete.

Supplying well decorative Podium on hire basis with necessary required in all complete including transportation charges etc. for whole time of programming and removing after completion of programme.

Arrangement for steel photographer for tacking photos for running work & whole time of programme & supplying coloured photo copy[ at least 80 piece photos [4 '' x 6''] in 2 sets, within 7 days after completion of programme

Arrangement for VDO photographer for tacking photos for whole time of programme & supplying the raw & rendered VDO in pen drive at ADDA Office within 7 days after completion of programme
